Rdestiny is a business consulting/coaching company created to help businesses become more effective and efficient through business analysis, operational review, marketing campaign development and strategic alliances. Established collaborative business partnerships with key business owners, government officials and Chamber of Commerce leadership. Chairman for several local chamber of commerce networking groups. Prior to 2007 Rdestiny was permission based direct marketing company which created millions of internet impressions each and every month. Created all facets needed in order to establish and run a new entrepreneurial business. Identified products that had the potential to perform in the online sales world, created brand identification, developed websites, and advertising materials. Outsourced to product vendors all customer service issues and put in place check/balances to ensure quality customer service as well as financial penalties if customer service levels fell below established thresholds. Drafted product campaign messages which promoted awareness and sales. Annual sales went from $0 in 2002 to over $2M by year end 2004.
Lashback was created so email recipients could safely unsubscribe from unwanted email. Created partnership agreements, operating agreements and developed a marketing plan which enabled Lashback to become a leader in email unsubscribe. Carefully crafted legal documents for new affiliate partners which secured guaranteed monthly reoccurring revenue for the Lashback product line. Met with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in January 2005 to discuss how the Lashback product could be used to enforce current spamming compliance regulations. Utilized many of the proprietary procedures, employee's and assets of Rdestiny to allow Lashback to emerge quicker than as a stand alone. Positive cash flow was generated within 12 months of product launch. Sales exceeded $200K.
Increased, protected and secured additional revenue streams through selling and client relationship building. Demonstrated effective intangible sales skills through the procurement of new AT&T local telephone service, long distance and advanced features client services. Annual sales of existing and new telecommunication services increased from 875K to 1M, an increase of 14%, during a time of extreme industry competitiveness.
Created and implemented corporate, retail and end user marketing and sales promotion plans for Apple Computer, Inc., 3Com Corporation, Chevron Corp., Netscape Communications Corp., Novell Inc. and Sun Microsystems. Plans included: Internet online store web site development (Prior to most fortune 500 companies selling product through the Internet), paper catalogs, company stores, special order sales and consumer retail programs. Developed overseas corporate merchandise programs in Europe, Korea and Japan for above U.S. clients. Produced and published advertisements in industry trade publications. Launched five on site company stores. Sales revenue grew from $3.7M to $9.4M.
Responsible for sales within a five state territory to corporations with a $4M+ annual payroll tax liability. Opened the St. Louis sales/service office and developed new business through prospecting, proposal presentations and industry trade association meetings. Prepared and presented 1988, 1989 and 1990 briefing and goal setting manual for civic progress corporations and community leaders. Citicorp was attempting to establish themselves as a better alternative to Western Union . Developed an agent base consisting of selling and negotiating terms to over 200 national, key and target accounts. Coordinated and instructed product operational training seminars.
